The out-of-the box flight models are designed to be pretty high fidelity but like the rest of the game are biased towards a shallow learning curve. If you are interested in aerodynamics, this series may be of interest to you, as it has one of the most complete physics-based flight modeling systems out there. One last thing-I don't want to sound like Billy Mays. He only recently stopped updating the original game, released six and half years ago. However, it is one of the most moddable games you can buy and we have been at it since 2002, so there is a vast library of free stuff to download, most of it of excellent quality.Īnother very nice thing about this series is that TK supports his sims like a madman.
